Snowboard Supervisor |
|
The Homestead is seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to
fill the position of Snowboard Supervisor. This candidate must posses
strong communication, organizational and guest service skills. This
position is a combination instructor and instructor trainer. The
qualified candidate will work closely with the Snow Sports Manager
in creating a training program for new hires as well as current
snowboard instructors with the goal of increasing the quality of
all snowboard lessons.
Job Requirements:
1. Level II or higher certification by the American
Association of Snowboard Instructors (A.A.S.I.)
2. Minimum of five (5) years teaching experience in the snow sports
industry.
Job Summary:
Responsible for teaching, training and supervising
the instruction of other snowboard instructors so as to achieve
the resort’s objectives in operating The Snow Sports School.
