Q: What is the start and end times for events?
A: 8:00 A.M. on the first day for registration and group assignment. Groups are usually on the hill by 9:00 A.M. The latest an event will run is 4:00 P.M.

Q: How do I know that the ASEA – C office has received my Education Event Application?
A: Members who supply a valid email address will recieve an email confirmation. Members who have not supplied ASEA-C with a valid email address will receive a postcard confirmation in the mail. Confirmations will be sent within two weeks of receiving your education event application.

Q: Does the cost of the event include lift tickets?
A: No. Lift tickets must be purchased separately. Some resorts offer discounts to ASEA – C members who can show proof of their membership in the form of their membership card.

Q: What time are written exams administered for levels 1, 2, and 3?
A: Exams are administered on the second day of the event at 8:00 A.M.

Q: What is the cost of attending an Unscheduled Event?
A: The cost for an Unscheduled Event is $30.00 in addition to the regular cost for the clinic. (i.e. Level 1 Exam is normally $125.00 – Unscheduled Level 1 Exam is $155.00)

Q: Does ASEA – C cancel events due to extreme cold weather?
A: If the ski area is open, ASEA – C runs the event. If an event is cancelled due to warm weather, we do our best to reschedule the event.
